Built into a conveyor line — the pallet enters, is wrapped and exits without human intervention. Automatic film cutting and clamping, automatic height detection, automatic return of the turntable to the home position.

Machine with rotating arm and pressing head
The pallet stands still and the arm rotates around it - the right choice for unstable, light or very heavy loads. Portal frame, bearing ring, PLC with touch display in a separate electrical panel.

How to choose

How many pallets per shift?
Up to about 40 pallets per hour, a turntable machine is enough. Above that, or in a continuous line, choose an in-line machine or a rotating arm.

Is the load stable?
Light, tall and unstable pallets should not be rotated. The rotating arm keeps the pallet stationary and adds a pressure head.

How is the pallet loaded?
With a pallet truck, a ramp or a version with fork slots is required. With a conveyor line, the machine is built in-line.

What height and weight?
The height of the column is selected according to the highest pallet: 2000, 2400 or 2800 mm. The load capacity is 2000 kg as standard.

For narrower and lighter boxes. The box is guided by two strips on the sides of the bottom - nothing on top restricts low or light boxes.

Top and bottom drive gluing machine
For taller and heavier cartons. Belts on top and bottom hold the carton firmly — heavy boxes travel straight and the tape is applied evenly.
